I found the staff friendly. Andrea at reception stood out.. Her cute attitude really made a difference. The breakfast selection was amazing, offering a huge variety to suit everyone's tastes. The hotel's location is perfect with convenient transport links including trains, buses, and trams. Plus, many main attractions are within a reasonable walking distance.
The shower was a bit awkward. The glass door's limited movement meant I got a cold splash before adjusting the temperature.

The swimming pool is located on the 8th floor and the fitness center offers modern equipment including cardio machines and weights, so you can stay active. The elevators operated very efficiently and were surprisingly fast, minimizing wait times throughout the stay.

The staff spoke English, a bonus for international guests. The front desk team was helpful around the clock. The breakfast buffet staff were very attentive in replenishing items, ensuring a continuous selection for all guests.

a mixed experience
cold water unwelcoming staff
the hotel looks old i think it is not very well maintained it looks like a 3 stars maybe 4 at best the pool had really cold water it's small it seems like something they added just to check a box the staff was not very cute or helpful the restaurant is more like 3 tables with a minimal menu in the lobby area just to check a box too.

mixed feelings about my stay
unreliable temperature control unexplained elevator usage
I found a couple of issues that detracted from the experience. my room's temperature control was unreliable. The setting kept reverting to an uncomfortably warm level. also the elevators required using the room key before moving but this was never explained making initial use confusing.

central location modern room sauna access
the location allowed easy access to attractions and transport links.. i found the room modern, clean, and well-kept. the gym, pool, and saunas provided a rejuvenating experience after a day of exploring.
the television was a bit hard to use with limited channel options.

excellent hotel experience!
easy access good size friendly staff
the location worked great for me with easy access to transport links, i walked to many main attractions, too! the room was a good size with dental kits and a shoe shine provided. the staff were really friendly and they had a nice sense of humour during check-out. it was a comfortable stay, i will come back!

amazing location friendly staff air conditioning channel options
The location was amazing! It was close to everything and I could easily walk to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
I was a little disappointed that the gym did not have air conditioning. Also. The television was difficult to use and offered only a few channel options.
